These terms cover use of this website and explain how online inquiries and payments relate to a performance booking.
Inquiries and availability
Submitting the contact form requests information only. It does not reserve a date, create a booking, or guarantee availability. Event details and pricing are confirmed directly with Strings by Karly.
Confirming a booking
A booking is secured only after the required performance agreement is signed and the stated retainer is received. The signed performance agreement contains the controlling terms for the engagement, including scope, timing, venue requirements, rescheduling, cancellation, refunds, and any travel or custom-arrangement charges. If this page conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Pricing and payments
Prices, due dates, and accepted payment methods are provided with the booking details. Unless the signed agreement states otherwise, final payment is due seven days before the event. Any applicable processing fee, travel fee, or custom-arrangement fee will be disclosed before the related payment is requested. Online payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business inquiries. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit deceptive or harmful material, or reuse website content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.

The website is provided on an as-available basis. Service descriptions, repertoire, photos, pricing references, and availability may change. Strings by Karly works to keep information accurate but does not promise that every page will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
